Title Case capitalizes the first letter of every word, the convention for headlines and titles. Sentence case capitalizes only the first word of each sentence, detected by terminal punctuation. For strict editorial styles that lowercase short words like of and the in titles, use Title Case as a starting point and adjust the few exceptions.
